Directory and Authentication / Domain and Website has the same domain name

Hi All,
I would like to ask for help on how to fix the mistake I created without reinstalling the whole Zentyal and/or reenter all the users and groups.
I mistakenly used the same domain for our domain controller while it is also an active website. Domain Users can't access the website from our office.
