Hello,

A new ISO of the Zentyal Development Edition (v. 6.2) with a new APT (GPG) key is now available here:

If you need to update the public key in an existing deployment, simply follow these steps:

## You will the following warning: NO_PUBKEY 07BE4CBFFDE85677
sudo apt-get update

## Installing a required package
sudo apt-get install gnupg2

## Downloading the new public key
sudo wget -O - http://keys.zentyal.org/zentyal-6.2-packages-org.asc | sudo apt-key add -

sudo apt-get update

Hi all,

The Zentyal Development Team is glad to announce that Zentyal 6.2 is now available for download. This is a new minor release of the Zentyal Linux Server with native Active Directory® interoperability.

Zentyal 6.2 is based on Ubuntu Server 18.04.4 LTS and comes with the latest versions of all the integrated software. This is mainly a bugfix release, but it also includes the latest SOGo and ClamAV versions.

This is a mail spoofing attack... to prevent it from the public internet you just need to setup an SPF record in your DNS server. Sorry to hear that attackers are your own users, nothing to do, this isn't a Zentyal issue, I mean, this is a Postfix limitation, indeed an SMTP limitation, you could avoid it using a sieve script.

As you'll understand, this is out of the scope of Zentyal.

Sorry to give you these bad news :(, but this is how Postfix works, anyway, tell me if we could help you with anything else!

The code that fix this issue have been published yet. You just need to install the dns 6.1.1 package to solve this issue.

News and Announcements / Upgrade from Zentyal 6.0 to 6.1 is now available

Hi all,

The upgrade path from Zentyal Server Development 6.0 to 6.1 has been published now. When you upgrade the 'zentyal-core' package to its latest version, "Upgrade button" will appear on the Dashboard. 

We would recommend you to follow this checklist to avoid issues:

* Back up your server and data before upgrading
* Make sure that there are no errors in the /var/log/zentyal/zentyal.log file
* Make sure that there is space available on the disk
* Make sure that the server is updated
* Make sure that there are no broken packages
* Make sure that there are no errors in the internal Samba database or in the MySQL databases
* Make sure that you have Internet connectivity
* Click on the Upgrade button on the Dashboard
* Make sure that the packages have been updated

The official documentation for Zentyal Server 6.1 will include more detailed instructions (it will be published shortly).

This release is based on the newest Ubuntu Server 18.04.3 LTS and comes with the latest versions of all the integrated software. This is mainly a bugfix release, but it also comes the latest SOGo version and user pagination-feature that should come in handy if you have a larger number of users.
