Many thanks for your reply, but now I have to do with the vulnerabilities myself.

I sent support request to zentyal and ask about this so many times, also how to upgrade my licenses, no one reply. This is a dead product.

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to clear millions of vulnerabilities on Ubuntu 16.04 by update to 20.04. Just want to make sure that after upgrade, zentyal version 5.1 is still runable? can anyone confirm for me please.

Installation and Upgrades / Cannot connect Group Policy

Hi everyone, Im in trial of zentyal 7.0 but sending email to their sales take 1 week without reply. Have to ask here if anyone can help please.

Build Zentyal from scratch and testing joining domain but Im having some problem as below:

1. Joint PC into domain, login using and domain admin user. Install RSAT. DNS Manager can connect without issue but Active Directory Users and Computers have error: Naming Information cannot be located because: The username or password is incorrect
2. Group Policy Management can show domain but when click on it it says: A processing error occured collecting data using this base domain controller.
3. I check samba.log but only see one error: Kerberos: Failed building TGS-REP to ipv4:10.7.11.16:50045 - I tried to telnet 10.7.11.16 50045 but failed, both AD and test PC in same VLAN
4. In samba.log I see so many log like below, how can I hide them?

Directory and Authentication / Re: Log directories

Thanks turalyon for your reply, I went through all those log files in instruction but couldnt find anything relate to my request.

For example:

1. DNS I want to see logs of bind9 service. I have another bind9 service install for POC and I can see detail logs in /var/log/named/ related to query denied, resolving AAAA, etc.
2. LDAP I want to see logs of user authentication, success or not.

Please let me know if I'm able to see that logs, many thanks.

Hi Team,

I'm using Zentyal 5.1 version, currently trying to find where the log files of services within Zentyal like DNS, SAMBA, LDAP, FileSharing, etc. so I can send those log files to another service for monitoring.

I couldnt find them anywhere, is there any clue please?
