I have trouble accessing from any virtual machine on my internal network, it should be noted that this using Internet access policies by groups, when you start the machine that is in DHCP gets an ip provided by zentyal but not being in a group out access denied as shown following the proxy log
2013-06-19 15:12:13 192.168.127.194 http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/redir.dll... microsoft.com 23237 text/html DISCARD
But if I add that IP to a group, on page load no error message or some access zentyal, to verify the proxy does not record anything, but to see firewall logs I find the following:
2013-06-19 15:14:16 eth1 192.168.127.194 192.168.127.3 TCP 1244 3128 DISCARD
2013-06-19 15:14:10 eth1 192.168.127.194 192.168.127.255 UDP 138 138 DISCARD
Someone could give me an idea of what may be happening, as previously not had this problem.

Spanish / PROXY NO ACCEDE MAQUINAS VIRTUALES A INTERNET

Saludos tengo problemas para acceder desde cualquier maquina virtual de mi red interna, cabe resaltar que esto usando políticas de acceso a Internet por grupos, cuando se inicia la maquina que esta en DHCP coge una ip proporcionada por zentyal pero al no estar en algún grupo sale acceso denegado como muestra lo siguiente del log de proxy

Pero si agrego dicha ip a un grupo, en la pagina no carga el mensaje de error de zentyal ni de algún acceso, al verificar en el proxy tampoco registra nada, pero al ver los registros del firewall encuentro lo siguiente:

tengo un problema muy peculiar el webmaster ha modificado la pagina web de la empresa, ha esto cabe mencionar que tenemos todo esto en un hosting, al terminar los cambios se ven desde cualquier parte, pero cuando se visita la pagina desde nuestra red interna con zentyal, no cargan dichos cambios, limpie el cache del proxy y llego a cargar pero al rato volvió a aparecer el problema, lo que he visto es que la imagen que el webmaster ha subido, no se visualiza en la red ineterna solo se ve un recuadro en blanco, al darle guardar como a dicha imagen sale que el nombre (logo.jpeg) pero con el peso de 1 kb cuando en realidad es logo.jpeg y pesa 365 kb he revisado los log del proxy pero no me muestra que se haya cambiado algo, ojala me puedan ayudar

It has been a problem that I just realized, I created several groups in my network, for example in the support group, add the user that will be staying there now since implementing the network Zentyal 5 months ago all directions were static, but until yesterday I realized that a team had changed IP and other tapeworm, it is worth noting that in the support group specifies the computer name, IP number, MAC address, so it is been added to "static Mappings" but has not change, and the IP's have changed and no longer resets.
Can anyone tell me how I can force a machine to have a static address by dhcp. Hopefully you can help me

Me ha pasado un problema del cual me acabo de dar cuenta, he creado varios grupos en mi red, por ejemplo en el grupo Soporte, agregue al usuario que va a permanecer allí, ahora desde que se implemento el Zentyal en la red hace 5 meses todas las direcciones estaban estáticas, pero hasta el día de ayer me percate que un equipo había cambiado de IP y otro la tenia, cabe resaltar que en el grupo Soporte especifica el nombre de equipo, número de IP, dirección MAC, así mismo se le ha agregado a "Asignaciones estáticas" pero no ha realizado cambio alguno y las ip's se han cambiado y ya no restablece.
esto lo digo porque es importante que los usuarios lleven una ip estática por un tema de inventariado, alguien sabe a que se puede deber esto, desde ya muchas gracias.

Hi i have one question, i want configure the vpn but how make for connect from my house to my network of company, in the configuration in "Download client bundle" in "Server address" i put the IP PUBLIC, I put the public IP and my client connects with the green icon of openvpn client, but I can't access a shared folder, and also could someone tell me if you could use the internet of my company by the vpn.

Greetings I want to access the web interface from another network but I can't access still the corresponding rules is added, as you will see after that to do a ping appears as if is reject. apart from that as you can see I've put that accepts either but still does not allow.
My network is this
intenet<-->ROUTER(190.x.x.x)<-->(R.E=192.168.1.x)<-->ZENTYAL<-->(R.I=192.168.2.y)
But to make all the changes as shown in the last picture 3 receive the same response from Figure 1

Estoy probando configurar emisores de eventos y estoy haciendo la prueba solo con el monitor de ancho de banda (bwmonitor_usage) pero al comenzar a llegar los mensajes llegan vacíos como se muestra en el siguiente ejemplo

Es esto un bug del sistema? pues esto esta así hace casi 4 días y no aparece ningún mensaje.

Saludos, he creado una vpn con su certificado y todo pero el tema es que solo conecta si la dirección ip de la pc es interna, alguien me podría ayudar a poder conectarla desde cualquier lugar osea que sea indistinta la dirección ip, cabe resaltar que el firewall para esta prueba esta desactivado.
Así mismo si creo un solo certificado para todos los usuarios, en el dashboard VPN aparece una sola ip y después es remplazada por otra ip, con esto entiendo que cada usuario debería de usar su propio certificado pero en la configuración de servidor VPN solo se puede escojer una

Estoy tratando de ver en Consulta registros ▸ Informes completos el informe de Uso de ancho de banda, pero mi duda esta en los valores que aparecen en el ejemplo de abajo, alguien podría explicarme como calcular estos datos para representarlos en Kb/s
