Firewall, should I configure something to run the VPN

The firewall does not have anything set up, I set something to run the VPN, indicate that the VPN function for the port 1194 for example? where does this if so?

El cortafuego no tiene nada configurado, debo configurar algo para que funcione la VPN, se debe indicar que la VPN funcionara por el puerto 1194 por ejemplo ? donde se hace esto si es asi ?

Pero si bien esta ejecutandose y no configurado, funciona todo, solo me viene la duda por el tema de la VPN si requiere de algo en el cortafuego.

Yo descargo los archivos con los Ceriticados pero al ponerlos en el cliente me da error, me dice que el sertificado no es valido, yo tengo en ambos lados servidor y cliente VPN Zentyal 3.3 , pero accedo a la consola Zentyal desde un navegador en una PC con Windows, es valido el archivo que descargo de esta opcion tanto como para Windows o Linux Zentyal en este caso o debe hacer algo distinto para que sea compatible el archivo que bajo.

Estoy probando y probando el armado de una VPN que una dos Zentyal y ya me maree, si bien de un lado ya me dice que esta todo OK, del lado del cliente no puedo enlazarlo.

Asi que borron y cuenta nueva, tengo que volver a empezar de cero y escucho recomendaciones.

Al querer conectar una VPN Cliente me pide algunos datos y que suba un archivo que llama: Certificado de la CA ( Opcion: VPN/Cliente VPN/Configuración del cliente), yo le pongo el certificado que me genera el Servidor VPN y me sale un cartel de error donde me dice: "El fichero suministrado como certificado de CA no es válido"; donde debo generar este archivo o me esta faltando algo.

Como compruebo que puertos estan bloqueados por Zentyal, puse Zentyal 3.3 como ruteador y solo detecte que los envios de mails SMTP: puerto 465  SSL o usando puerto 26 no funcionan bien, pero si bien no creo que sea un problema de Zentyal, me gustaria verificar por las dudas que estos puertos no esten bloqueados por Zentyal.

Tengo que conectar un cliente VPN , y en el dashboard me dice que el servicio esta deshabilitado, pero no aclara si esta deshabilitado porque no pudo conectarse o bien porque debo conectar el servicio desde este punto donde voy a conectar el cliente VPN, si es esto ultimo de donde se habilita el servicio.

Existe algun lugar donde Zentyal me pueda mostrar a que velocidad esta trabajando los proveedores de internet en forma real y no teorica.

Este dato no es solo bueno para monitorear sino tambien para llevar un control de lo que me entrega el proveedor en el transcurso del tiempo y compararlo con lo que debe el proveedor darme.

El Zentyal 3.3 me muestra en uno de los lados del la consola, en la opcion: Dashboard"" las PCs conectadas que el DCHP asigno ( no veo las IPs fijas aca), sin embargo para mi ver esto a veces es muy bueno y mas aun por ejemplo poder ver cuando se conecto, tiempo que lleva conectado, cuando se desconecto y que volumen de paquetes manejo tanto de subida como bajada, esta informacion donde se puede ver dentro de la consola ?

Esta opcion que se encuentra en Zentyal 3.3 en la opcion: "Red/Interfaces y ahi solapa "Wan Failover"" , me indica un cartel que dice: "El evento WAN failover no está habilitado. Debe activarlo para usar esta característica."; ahora de que lugar de la consola se activa, lo he buscado pero no lo encuentro, en teoria con esta opcion activada yo puedo poner reglas para el balanceo de ancho de banda cierto ? y por lo que pude investigar solo es para reemplazar cuando el principal falla, o alguno experimento alguna opcion mas interesante, por favor su experiencia seria importante para saber si la suma de las banda ancha es posible dandole mayor velocidad a la red y en caso que una falle la otra seguira funcionando.

Un servidor multiproposito sin herramientas, es algo bastante poco profesional; creo que la idea de Zentyal es que sea simple, pero al mismo tiempo Zentyal crecerá en la medida que sus usuarios administradores le den potencia, esa potencia radica justamente en que el producto sea confiable, pero completo, hay cosas que son muy útiles y Zentyal ya se dio cuenta, si observan en la opción "Red" se encuentra una opción "Herramientas" que enumera un grupo de herramientas de Red que son útiles para hacer chequeos o pruebas, es esto algo demás, por supuesto que no, debe estar ya que es increíble pero hay versiones de SERVIDORES que no incluyen las herramientas que se necesitan para chequear algunos, el porque un SERVIDOR no descansa y se le debe aplicar soporte, mantenimiento y rutina. En ese mismo espíritu o idea, me parece super intuitivo tener las mejores herramientas disponibles en los paquetes o que se puedan sumar, se puede incluir en paquetes Zentyal como infraestructura o gateway según sea el caso y obviar en otros paquetes, o bien ponerlo como un modulo adicional que no esta incluido en los paquetes como es el "Monitoreo de banda ancha"; yo prefiero que sobre y no que falte, y que este disponible, sea fácil, intuitivo, para cuando se necesite no haya perdida de tiempo.
Creo que Zentyal tiene una idea MUY BUENA, es intuitivo, fácil, pero al mismo tiempo no deja de dar servicios complejos como todo servidor.
Crecer, escuchar la opinión de usuarios no es algo malo, muchas empresas pagan por tener un feedback y entender al usuario, eso es los maravilloso de las comunidades IT, sea con los de foros u otros medios de dialogo; mientras que se comparte la experiencia y se achica la brecha entro lo que debe hacer un software y lo que hace, se obtienen un canal donde se puede escuchar las necesidades y algunas serán buenas, otras regulares y otras no serán buenas, pero así los productos se vuelen mejores, pero por sobre todo se vuelven mas usables, ya que surgen de canales de escuchar las necesidades de los usuarios y no de lo que supone un grupo le servirá o no a los usuarios.
En fin, son muy buenos los aportes y les agradezco. Me gusta Zentyal, lo recomiendo, pero creo es una distribución que puede competir que le da gráfica a un servidor, que le da la posibilidad de que se instalen módulos según la necesidad, y esto es un potencial enorme ya que pensemos en decenas de módulos posibles que no todos aplicaran pero que harán grande a esta distribución, por ejemplo pensemos en un modulo para administrar streaming (radio o vídeo), telefonía IP, servidores de juegos, granjas para PC remotas de uso profesional como CAD, etc. Incluso creo que Zentyal debería integrar soluciones de uso común, no como lo recomendado, sino reconocer que el mercado los usa y tenerlos disponibles, no se por ejemplo se me ocurre, tener un modulo donde pueda incorporar Teamviewer ( un software comercial de acceso remoto que se encuentra en muchas empresas), módulos de virtualizacion donde pueda administrar y contener maquinas virtuales (sea con uno de los mas conocidos como vmware, virtual box, etc.).Uno como administrador puede contar con un sistema operativo para servidores el cual sea confiable, que se pueda recomendar y quedar bien,   y luego poder administrarlo sin tantas complicaciones, si le sirve a los usuarios es algo que debe analizarse y sumarse como adicional, el equipo de Zentyal sabrá definir-lo. Nosotros como usuarios podemos proponer, dialogar, la mirada del usuario novato sin lugar a dudas debe ser para el administrador también, quien quiere algo difícil, bastante hay que resolver en el día a día, para no hacer las cosas que pueden ser fáciles sencillas, o las difíciles que parezcan fáciles, creo que se llama "mejora continua". y "usabilidad", si es fácil para un novato, también lo sera para el experto y es algo menos de que tener que preocuparse.
