Installation and Upgrades / [SOLVED] AD cant reset passwords after running zentyal-migration-tool

Hi guys!

After i executed the zentyal-migration-tool and restarted the AD server, i cant reset the user passwords anymore. Also, the users cant reset their passwords. The error that i get when i try to reset a password is this:

"Windows cannot complete the password change for <<username>> because: the password does not meet the password policy requirements. Check the minimun password lenght, password complexity and password history requirements."

My password policies look like this:


If i execute the zentyal-migration-tool and uncheck the "Enable" checkbox and then restart the AD server, AD can reset the user passwords again, so the problem its related to zentyal-migration-tool.

I did everything by the book as said here: http://www.zentyal.org/migration-tool/

Ah! btw: my zentyal server has sincronized the users and groups without issue.

EDIT: I forgot to add: This is Windows Server 2008 R2-64bit

Installation and Upgrades / Can't access webgui from internal network without disabling firewall [solved]

Hi guys! My name is Juan, and im new to zentyal.

I have a server running zentyal with 3 nics: the fist one is for the internal network (10.0.0.250), the other 2 are for external internet access.

The problem is, im trying to access the webguy on my server (10.0.0.250) from a workstation (10.0.0.40) but i cant. Also, i cant ping the zentyal server. If i disable de firewall module, then i can ping the server and access the webgui.

Everything is stock. This is a new install.

Any help? thanks!
