Hi all,

Since I've upgraded to Zentyal 7, all clients that try to connect using IMAPs provide the same error on the mail.log

dovecot: imap-login: Error: Failed to initialize SSL server context: Can't load DH parameters: error:1408518A:SSL routines:ssl3_ctx_ctrl:dh key too small: user=<>, rip=someIP, lip=someIP

I've tried to add ssl_dh = </usr/share/dovecot/dh.pem to my 10-ssl.conf file, but that didn't help.

Anone else having this issue?

Marcio

Installation and Upgrades / Upgrade zentyal 3.4 to 3.5
« on: September 03, 2014, 11:23:27 pm »
Hi, I'm trying to upgrade zentyal community edition from 3.4.8 to 3.5, It's working on  a 12.04LTS, and the upgrade will put it on a 14.04, but everytime I try to upgrade it breaks my mail, users and webmail modules (and a few others), obviously it doesn't work for me, as all my users and their mailboxes are lost!!

Anyone encountered this problem?

Thanks

Installation and Upgrades / Fresh install master-slave setup problem
« on: September 20, 2010, 04:50:06 pm »
Hi,

I'm setting up a fresh installation of a master-slave setup, on my masyer I have only network and usersandgroups modules, on one of my slaves which will be mail server I have only network, usersandgroups, and mail, but as soon as I activate mail module, If I reboot my machine it stops responding. Tryed this several times, and it always stops responding after I activate mail module, anyone with this problem?

Is the problem caused because mail server is on a slave? I have two other slaves, a file server and a web server, all working fine.

Installation and Upgrades / Upgrade from ebox 1.4.9 to 2.0 error
« on: September 15, 2010, 03:50:13 pm »
Hi,

I had a master/slave configuration working, and decided to upgrade my ubuntu and also ebox, on my master it went ok, I made a Full backup of ebox, updated my ubuntu, then upgraded Ebox, then restored the backup, all is working. But on the slave the same process gives me an error on restoring the backup:

Code: [Select]
Some error has happened in Zentyal:

There wasn't a database connection, check if database exists\n
Click here to return to the Dashboard

Checked the log, on /var/log/ebox/ebox.log

Code: [Select]

2010/09/10 13:21:03 DEBUG> Backup.pm:1193 EBox::Backup::__ANON__ - Revoked changes in apache module

I could use some help, as I tryeds the process more than one time, just in case I did something wrong, and that error keeps showing up...

postgresql is version 8.4.4

Anybody seen this?
I get this error in /var/log/ebox/error.log

This happens under a ebox master-slave configuration, with 3 machines as slave, but it only shows up on one of the slaves

Code: [Select]
Use of uninitialized value in pattern match (m//) at /usr/share/perl5/SOAP/Transport/HTTP.pm line 605.
Use of uninitialized value in sprintf at /usr/share/perl5/SOAP/Lite.pm line 1004.
Cannot encode 'EBox__Exceptions__DataNotFound' element as 'hash'. Will be encoded as 'map' instead

What does it mean?

Thanks

On this post http://forum.ebox-platform.com/index.php?topic=569.0 I saw the configuration that should work to login to ssh with ebox users, but this doesn't work with an ebox master-slave configuration,

On my slave machine I:

Changed my /etc/pam.d/common-account

Code: [Select]
account sufficient      pam_ldap.so
account required pam_unix.so

Then Changed my /etc/pam.d/common-auth

Code: [Select]
auth    sufficient      pam_ldap.so
auth requisite pam_unix.so nullok_secure use_first_pass
auth optional pam_smbpass.so migrate missingok

Then I gave access to user

Code: [Select]
smbldap-usermod  -s /bin/bash username

And, can't login, on the log it keeps saying "invalid Credentials"

Can anyone help me? Thanks

PS: On master ebox I did not alter anything

Also,

We can verify that the user is configured.

Code: [Select]
$ ldapsearch -b "dc=Eboxmaster,dc=m-iti" -D "cn=ebox,dc=Eboxmaster,dc=m-iti" -W uid=mgouveia
Enter LDAP Password:
# extended LDIF
#
# LDAPv3
# base <dc=Eboxmaster,dc=m-iti> with scope subtree
# filter: uid=mgouveia
# requesting: ALL
#

# mgouveia, Users, Eboxmaster.m-iti

Installation and Upgrades / Ebox radius module assign users to vlans
« on: January 21, 2010, 03:00:08 pm »
I have set up radius module on e-box, and is working great, with my HP420 AP, on which I have 3 networks on different vlans, all authenticating on vbox radius.I wonder now, is it possible to assign users or groups to Vlans, instead of only "allowed to authenticate"?? Thanks
