Title: Identifying a member of a group only by MAC address

I want to restrict some computers access to the internet. Of course I can put them into an object. But i can identify the members of an object only by IP address (and optional by MAC address).
As IP addresses are dynamic (I use DHCP) and easily can be changed I'd rather identify a computer only by its MAC address.
Can I do that?
How can i do that?
