I´ve seen this error also. But i used the iso from 23.02.
What i noticed is a broken webserver anytime i install openchange´s sogo webmailer. So i can´t access with https://ip/sogo
the high availability modul is also here, i am very interested in it. A new package and maybe not yet ready to use.
Also i noticed major problems depending on an outlook anywhere support which is new. I also found some tickets for it.

Yes, i found the docu to it. It looks amazing for the webmailer improvements, and also the missing support of activesync from 3.3 should be a big stepp in the right direction.
I tried it out this weekend, and found some problems, some are major (like webserver brocken, no /SOGo website with openchange and UTF8 Errors in WebIF for German) but where should i post them?
I found the bugtracker but no bugs for 3.4, and the beta testing forum here is nearly unused. Am i doing something wrong?

i am not really sure why it's working now.
I only join the system to the mail Dc, but i know, that this is not nessesary. And after i scanned the open ports i notice, that only 236 is open, due to an missing ssl certificate configuration of zarafa. But this is normally to be done by ourselve, it 's not integrated in the WebIf from zarafa. I found a howto on zarafa for it.
Please correct, if theres something wrong.
But i don't keep on working for it. The new comming update for 3.4 will give some (hopefully) big improvements like a fully featured webmailer and active sync. So i will try the Beta (daily) build of it.

Ich verstehe ja Eurer Problem, aber geht das nicht am Einsatzbereich des Small Business Ersatz vorbei? In einer Domain haben in der Regel alle die gleiche Mail Domain. Wozu soll ein Benutzer xy über andere Adressen rauschicken dürfen als über die Firmen Domain? Abholen mag ja noch ok sein, Aber in Firma A versenden als Firma B, da sind doch die Verwechslungen vorprogrammiert.
Ich bin mir nicht sicher, aber solange ein DC nicht mehrere Domains verwalten kann sehe ich das ganze als wenig sinnvolle Lösung an. UNd das ist beim DC soweit ich weiß nicht möglich, auch bei MS nicht.

i did no specially configuration on firewall of zentyal, although its enabled. I use only on LAN.
Maybe here is the same reason like i am unable to connect to the new domain. there is also no connection. I use Win7 pro with outlook 2010.
Is it possible to deactivate the firewall modul? I thing i don´t need it, because i am behind the firewall of my router. I can switch it of like every other modul, but i am not sure if this is a good advise.
Edit: No i can´t disable the firewall, because i need openvpn. Without firewall the vpn modul is stopped.

so we need to use zarafa instead openchange till release of 3.4 (on 15.03.14 http://www.zentyal.org/roadmap/zentyal-3-4-roadmap/ )
Thats not so long anymore.
Because i am testing and learning, is it possible to install 3.4 over other (testing) repositorys?

Hallo Tarzipan,
ich vermute Du suchst die Rechteverwaltung des Kalenders. Ich habe sie auch nicht direkt gefunden, aber sie sind mit Rechtsklick auf den eigenen Kalender in meine Kalender / Eigenschaften möglich.

Ist doch eine simple Frage, wo eigentlich fast jeder hier eine Antwort drauf geben könnte. Oder Nutzen die wenigsten eine Groupware mit Mobilen Geräten ...
Insbesondere dass openchange das noch nicht wirklich können soll, findet man hier nicht.

today i have proven, zentyal 3.3.4 togehter with zarafa 7.1 is working with ssl on both android and ios 7. But i am unable to connect outlook when using the community connector. It didn´t find the server.
I think Openchange would be a better choice for me, but i couldn´t connect.
latestly maybe we need to wait for full integration of SOGo http://www.sogo.nu/english/about/overview.html combined with Zentyal it would be a great solution.

like on every network configuration a NIC needs to have a gateway. In Zentyal it must be configured under network/gateway with a adresse like 192.168.178.1, depends on your router adresse.
This happens only when using one NIC, with multiple NIC´s it needs more configuration and when installing a minimal zentyal server where you dont select DNS.
And its not nessesary to define at infrastructure/dns a dns forwarders.

Hi,
maybe that there has changed something? I can´t establish a connection to my zarafa community server from outlook 2003.
i installed in outlook the plugin from here http://download.zarafa.com/community/final/7.1/7.1.8-43801/windows/
i install on zentyal "apt-get install zarafa-licensed" and i still can´t connect.
i changed in etc/zentyal/zarafa.conf the licensed from on to yes. Restartet server but still no connection.
is it still nessesary to change the server_bind like explainded here? http://forum.zentyal.org/index.php?action=post;quote=42066;topic=9770.0;last_msg=42099
Because i can´t see this option in zarafa.conf.
Some suggestions?

I still be unable to get active sync working with android 4.3 and ios 7 (iphone). I am wondering what am i doing wrong. My sbs2003 is working fine and had no problems in configuring.
i didn´t find a clear answer if it is possible with openchange or zarafa. With openchange i mean to know, that it depends on sogo, but sogo is only partially integrated in zentyal 3.3 .
So can someone give me an answer, what groupware i must use for both on zentyal togehter? I need to use mail, calender, contacts, todo lists.
And maybe a short explanation for the correct settings in Android or IOS.

kleines Update, viele Probleme haben sich durch eine unvollständige DNS Einrichtung ergeben:

Soll heißen, ich musste ein Gateway zu meinem Router einrichten, kein DNS Forwarder ! Den habe ich gelöscht und nun gehen zumindest mit port 22 die Mails nun auch extern raus.
