Can anyone help please!
I have installed zentyal 5.0 after a failed upgrade.
My problem is i cannot receive emails.I have checked the mail.log have error:

Can someone help me trouble shoot an error please.
I receive error message "There is a problem with the proxy server's security certificate. The security certificate is not from a trusted certifying authority. Outlook is unable to connect to the proxy server XXXXXXXXX Error Code 8." if i proceed outlook will start but requires a password and will not except the correct password. If i reboot my server i can start outlook with on errors it will then at some stage sometimes in minutes or may be hours later disconnect from the server and ask for a password which it again will not except until i reboot.
any advice would be much appreciated.

I have a problem with outlook it has stopped synchronizing .
Sogo can send and receive mail with not problems .
When I logon to outlook it status is connected , I can send and receive with no errors but no mail arrives or is sent .
Can anyone help troubleshot this please

Installation and Upgrades / upgrade to 4.2 mail module not starting

i have upgraded to 4.2 and the mail module will not start.
when i reboot all modules are stopped i can restart DNS DHCP NCP and printer modules when i start mail module i recieve error-
Error restarting service Mail. See /var/log/zentyal/zentyal.log for more information.
I can start module from command line , dash board says they are running but they dont work ,I can't send or recieve emails or connect to outlook on clients.

Installation and Upgrades / Can't receive mail

I've configured my server recently and have a problem with mail, I can send mail but don't seem to be receiving any. I have configured a virtual domain also an external pop mail account . When I view the mail logs their are records of the sent mail but no records of any attempt to receive mail.
I've no idea how to trouble shoot this can anyone help please.
