That is correct, you can either download the Development Edition from the SourceForge: https://sourceforge.net/projects/zentyal/files/ (as indicated by Tunsa) or from the Community-section of the Zentyal website: https://zentyal.com/community/

Hello there,

The free 45-day Trial of the Commercial Edition will stop working after the Trial period. If you are not evaluating the Commercial Edition, it is better to install the Development Edition directly  :).

Hi all,

It is correct, the key has expired. Please import the new public key from the repository by following these steps:

## You will the following warning: NO_PUBKEY 07BE4CBFFDE85677
sudo apt-get update

## Installing a required package
sudo apt-get install gnupg2

## Downloading the new public key
sudo wget -O - http://keys.zentyal.org/zentyal-6.2-packages-org.asc | sudo apt-key add -

sudo apt-get update

We will publish shortly a new ISO to avoid new installations to be affected by this. Best regards.

The perpetual licenses are version specific. If you wish to upgrade an existing deployment to a newer version, this is done by opening a support ticket as you mention. For pricing and any additional information, please contact sales@zentyal.com .

Thanks for reporting this. Development Team confirmed and fixed the bug already (with the package 'zentyal-core 6.1.6').

To fix the issue, simply delete the following files and restart the webadmin:

sudo rm /var/lib/zentyal/.commercial-edition /var/lib/zentyal/.license*

sudo zs webadmin restart

Hello there,

On one hand, with regards to Zentyal's OpenVPN implementation, it is correct that the Zentyal GUI doesn't provide the option to configure Zentyal-to-3rd party VPN server with user and password. You should manually configure this through the templates. Did you already try this?

On the other hand, when posting in this Forum, please keep in mind that this is a Zentyal Forum. In the same way that the help requests should be related to Zentyal, the answers should help the users to solve their issues within the limits of Zentyal.

Just so that you know, we have been working for some time already "under the hood" to update and reorganize the Forum. It has been/is a lengthy process, but we hope that we are now on the final stages.

For now we have created this "Off topic" board. We will post updates on the News & Announcement board as we make further progress.

When the 45-day Trial ends, the server will stop working. You have the following options:

  • You can request a new Trial and make a new test deploy (you didn't have time to test the Trial, you don't mind making a new test deployment...). If the 45-day Trial period is not long enough, feel free to write us (https://zentyal.com/contact-us/), tell us a little about your deployment and ask for a longer Trial period.
  • You can purchase the commercial license. You can either make a fresh install or activate the expired Trial with our Team's help.

1) ¿Instalaste desde el ISO y seguiste los pasos del instalador? ¿O instalaste desde la repo de Ubuntu?
2) ¿Configuraste las interfaces de red con el wizard de configuracion (https://doc.zentyal.org/es/installation.html#configuracion-inicial )?

Hola,

Gracias por la consulta. Se pueden bloquear páginas web HTTPS usando Squid (HTTP), que lo hará a nivel de Firewall, para ello tendrás que usar la opción "Bloqueo de HTTPS por dominio" en caso de que estés usando la Edición Comercial, además, recomendamos usar OpenDNS Family/Home como complemento para bloquear dominios del tipo pornográficos.

En caso de que estés usando una versión Trial o Comercial, escríbenos a sales@zentyal.com y vemos como resolver las dudas que tengas.
