Excuse me, i wasnt right about this problem, i believed what the users told me. First, i cheked again and Zentyal isn`t blocking https, the users thought that i blocked them the site when they saw the normal advertise that you have when you are trying to enter to a non valid https, then there is something that is really being blocked by Zentyal and is a page that use the port 8443 and a invalid ssl(i thought about ssl but is clear that the problem is the port), so i think i have to allow this port on the firewall to this issue?
Thank you very much
Excuse me for my mistake

pd: Escorpiom i will delete the spanish thread

Installation and Upgrades / [SOLVED]Proxy blocking https ports.

Hi, i have a problem with the Zentyal proxy:
We need to use some pages that have  invalid ssl certificates and seems that zentyal is blocking them,i have been searching about this problem with squid and i found that there are some lines of squid.conf that will block the pages that dont have a valid certificate so i thinked that maybe zentyal have this configuration set by default but when i looked in the squid.conf.mas pattern file this wasn´t applied. I also tried with creating exceptions in the proxy filter section to this pages but didnt work, i know that will be better to not allow to enter to pages without valid ssl but we really need to use this pages, is there any way to solve it?
Thank you very much

Installation and Upgrades / Re: Zentyal proxy and web pop
« on: March 07, 2012, 12:57:33 pm »
Thanks, but i dont want to use the zentyal firewall and point all my machines to it, i only want that when i put on my email client the ip of the zentyal and the pop port (110 and 25 for smtp) it redirects to my real mail server (mail.xxxxx.com and smtp.xxxxx.com)

Installation and Upgrades / Zentyal proxy and web pop
« on: March 02, 2012, 02:24:09 pm »
Good morning,
My name is Matías and I am trying to implement ebox and I have some difficulties:
We implemented a proxy-no transparent (it need to be not transaparent)that works perfectly, we erase the default gateway and the dns server on each host but the problem is how to receive the email from our server pop3 external, now what's working is FreeProxy Internet suite running under Windows that allows to assign a port for a proxy pop out to our external mail (mail.xxxx.com), then configure mail clients pointing to the proxy (192.168.3.5) and the mails are download without any problem, we want to find how to do the same with zentyal, tried with iptables and could not make it work, even installed the free proxy in wine in zentyal to see if they were leaving one functioning as proxy pop but neither worked (obviously prefer zentyal and want to get out the other program). Anyone know what can we do?
Thank you very much.

Spanish / Proxy no transparante y servidor pop

Buenos dias,
