Installation and Upgrades / SOGo Web UI as Zentyal Web Mail UI. Where is to get from ?
« on: September 30, 2015, 11:34:44 pm »
I impressed by Zentyal 4.0 mail Web UI.
There is SOGo backend is used as I know, following it is possible to replace standart SOGo UI with Zentyal one.
I build SOGo in my own from sources.
Where can I get Zentyal lookng Web UI to replace it at SOGo one ?

Installation and Upgrades / Built mail server based on Samba4+Openchange+some Zentyal parts for x32 Ubuntu ?
« on: September 01, 2015, 01:35:11 pm »
I don' t want to install full Zentyal 4.1. appliance due to I don' t need all Zentyal features and I don' t want to use x64 soft at the moment.
At the time I need fully working Exchange substitution supporting as Outlook as Web UI.
Also I have Ubuntu 14.04 LTS Server x32.
And I want to assemble what I need based on Zentyal components from sources in my own.
By the way I built Openchange + SoGo quite time before (before Zentyal 4.x branch even) .
For it I would like to know the following points:
1. What verison of Openchange is Zentyal 4.1 based on ?
2. Does Openchange 2.3 really support Outlook autorefresh of 'Inbox' folder content after new message arrival ?
3. Is Sogo used at Zentyal as Web UI mail or there is used Zentyal custom Web UI ?
4. What components are necessary to get Exchange substitution part of Zentyal:
- of course Samba4 and is Samba 4.2.2+ supported;
- Openchange;
- Exim or PostFix and which additional plug-ins are necessary;
- Dovecot and which additional plug-ins are necessary;
What else ?
Which DB backend is the best solution for this way ?
Is it possible to assemble Zentyal Web UI separatelly of Zentyal ? If yes, where is it possible to be downloaded from and how can I build it ?
What Zentyal components more are needed ?
What non Zentyal components else are necessary ?
What settings are very important that all this is started to work ?
And then,does the global bit field dsHeuristics exist at Samba4+Openchange installation ?
Are mail contacts (aka external senders/recipients, not users) are available with Samba4+Openchange ?
Is it possible to set individual ACLs for AD Users/Mail contacts ?
And how is it possible to do, via LDAP browser/editor(Adsi Edit as I know can not do it) ?

Dear developers/maintainers, please build x32 (x86) full installation ISO !
Because some PC doesn' t support x64 version and as I heard installation via repository loses some functionality.

« on: July 19, 2014, 08:13:13 pm »
Hi. Can somebody tell, if there is new message auto push out to MS OL ?
When new message is arrived to Exchange, it is appeared from up to 15 seconds in MS OL in Inbox as new one without any activity from user (pressing send/receive OL button) .
Has it been made here Zentyal 3.5 ?
