Title: eGroupWare etemplate/doc
Post by: Bozoputer on April 06, 2009, 07:23:36 am
eBox 1.0

On the first run of the eGroupWare  http://myeboxserver/egroupware/setup ran the installation test and failed at
Code: [Select]
Checking file-permissions of .././etemplate/doc for not world writable:
.././etemplate/doc does not exist !!!

/usr/share/egroupware/etemplate/doc does exist and is world writable.  If that is the problem I can change that to whatever is needed, just need to know what is needed.  "doc" is an alias to ../../doc/egroupware-template and that contains files that are more appropriately permission'd.

Any one get this error?  Anyone with a solution.

Thanks for any help.

To use eGroupWare I simply enabled the module within eBox. No separate setup is required.

eGroupWare "inherits" eBox users, so user configuration is handled by eBox. Managing users within eGroupWare causes known problems in the current eBox release.
