Directory and Authentication / GPO not work

I configured GPO using RSAT but it did not work.
On windows there is no error log;
windows firewall is disabled and dns ok.

Other modules / Error Shared and permissions

I set up the shares and permissions, but the permissions are not working.
I tried deleting and re-creating the permissions, but when I click Save Changes the server returns error message: "some modules reported error when saving changes."
I tried to rename zentyal services and the samba service presented "fail" error.
