Good Day to everyone !
I'm using Zentyal 3.0.1 Community Edition with Zarafa Communication Platform  7.1.4-41394 in Proxmox 3.1 environment. After hardware failure and restoring virtual machine with Zarafa from backup I've got an error : unable to delete messages in mailbox.
Via Zarafa webapp (or via Outlook) I've got the same error : Invalid data received from the server, when try to delete messages. In spite of this error it is still possible to create folders and move messages beetween folders in mailbox.

Here are messages from Zarafa server.log :

Installation and Upgrades / Re: Problem with Zentyal Recovery
« on: September 13, 2013, 07:50:28 am »
It seems to me, that problems with saving setting were because of folowing : after deleting REDIS DB and rebooting, modules in web-console were disabled and, by some unknown reason, red button in upper right corner of Zentyal web console was unseen. So I just reboot server without saving settings. That is the possible reason of annuled settings. In the ends I had to do following :
- Clean Zentyal installation 2.2 (without updates)
- Importing backup configuration
- Activating modules
- Saving configuration and rebooting
- Restoring files
Thanks to all.

As I guess REDIS DB and backup configuration of Zentyal is the same things. Am I right ? If so, there is no need to copy REDIS DB to clean installation. It will restore after backup config restoration.

Yes, I did. I've change address of network interface. Button ''Save Changes" in right upper corner, as usual after changes, did not appear. I reboot server, configuration annuled (.

Scan via Internet or "in LAN" ?
Try to scan on SMB share, if possible. So you locate problem : network connection or connection to FTP resource.

I mean settings in Zentyal web console. When I apply saved configuration, in web console all settings were restored (network addresses of eth, network rules, settings of domain and shares, users etc...), but after reboot all settings annuled. It seems that REDIS didn't save settings on HDD.

Installation and Upgrades / [SOLVED] Problem with Zentyal Recovery
« on: September 12, 2013, 12:01:48 am »
Hi everyone !
I'm in trouble with zentyal server 2.2. After power failure some zentyal services didn't run.
Web console was unavailable. To open web-console I do some steps :
I delete REDIS database in /var/lib/zentyal, then kill REDIS process with kill -9 <pid process> and reboot server.
After that I've restored previously saved zentyal configuration, check that all settings (domain, users, network rules) are ok and reboot. After reboot all settings disappear (((. Any idea ?
Thanks in advance.
