Email and Groupware / Zentyal 4.2 - how to use email alias in FROM field

Hello guys,
I've just setup a poc with Zentyal Server 4.2 for emails. Everything seem to work pretty well so far. However, I can't figure out how to set the user's email alias to show in the FROM field in the emails that they are sending. At the moment, when users send emails (regardless if they send it from the webmail, mobile phone or outlook) the FROM field shows the username instead of their email alias.
I need the FROM field to show the user's email alias. Is there a way to achieve this? I've tried to search for this, but the only reference that I found was for Zentyal 2 and 3 and not for the 4th version.
