Installation and Upgrades / webmail calendar

Hi,
I use Zentyal 4.1.1 and have some questions regarding its calendar feature
- can I change default preferences for ALL users (including calendar's categories, calendar's start of weekdays, ...)? It takes a lot of time to went through all users...
- where can I see webmail calendar category colours (anniversary, birthday, business) defined under preferences? I only can see colours of different calendars, but not categories.
