I would say even http://ppa.launchpad.net/zentyal/3.4 does not exists...
And after I pushed update on the web interface, I have in my /etc/apt/sources.list line:

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/zentyal/3.4/ubuntu saucy mainDon't do the update. I'm stuck now

I think I have some progress:
I changed above line in sources.list back to

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/zentyal/3.3/ubuntu precise mainand after
apt-get update && apt-get upgrade
I was able to connect to zentyal using web-interface
Still have suricata error:

Недавно устанавливал Zentyal 3.2. До этого  использовал 3.0. Убил достаточно много времени чтобы сконфигурировать правила для Fairwall "Внешние сети" => "Внутренние сети" средствами Zentyal пока не прочитал лог изменений. Чтобы вы могли использовать веб-морду для этого, идите в /etc/zentyal/firewall.conf и раскомментируйте
