Hello!
I have this Problem with zentyal 3.4 and the normal webserver too.

The Problem is the last missing "/".

If I insert "https://www.home.lan/test" apache redirecting to "http://www.home.lan:443/test", and an error is shown at the web-browser
If I insert "https://www.home.lan/test/" everything is working fine.

I think the entry at Smarthost should be smtp.gmail.com.

Installation and Upgrades / Re: new to port forwarding
« on: May 04, 2014, 10:06:38 pm »
You normaly need Port Forwarding if one Computer inside your Network should be reachable from outside, for Example your Webserver is not on the same Computer, zentyal is running. If your Zentyal is reachable from outside:

Interface: External Interface
IP-Adress: Zentyal
Protocol: TCP/UDP
Original Destination Port: 80
Source: Any
Destination IP: 192.168.0.X
Port: Same or other Port

The correct way is

"x-webobjects-server-url" "https://myhostname.domain-name.org:<% $sslPort %>"

because <% xxxx %> will be a variable which will replaced with sth.

and do not forget to restart the webserver at the dashboard. If not the config file will not be replaced.

I'm having the same problem, reading through this post I have a question. How do you enable the option HTTPS in the openchange section, I don't even see this option.

Also my situation may be different than SilkBC, I get the HTTPS login page, but after logging in I get;

https://hostname.domain-name.local/sogo/so/username

You can change the /usr/share/zentyal/stubs/sogo/zentyal-sogo.mas file with the external hostname, as described above, and it will work.

Hi!
I was always got redirected to the internal hostname. I changed the %hostname% in  /usr/share/zentyal/stubs/sogo/zentyal-sogo.mas, line RequestHeader set "x-webojects-server-url" "https://<% $hostname %>:<% $sslPort %>" with my external hostname, and it worked, after restarting the webserver.

Also ich hab jetzt die /usr/share/zentyal/stubs/sogo/zentyal-sogo.mas geändert, und ich kann SOGO nun von ausserhalb erreichen.

Folgende Zeile hab ich geändert:

RequestHeader set "x-webobjects-server-url" "https://<% hostname %>:<% $sslPort %>

geändert in

RequestHeader set "x-webobjects-server-url" "https://HostnameExtern.com:<% $sslPort %>

I can reach the webadmin interface via https://my.domain:444 but I'm not able to reach my regular webpages. The new virtual host files (.conf) since Zentyal 3.4 contain port 62080 for HTTP and 62443 for SSL. Subdomains are not working too.
Apache itself works and pages located in /var/www are able too reach, but not in the directories specified in the virtual host files of apache.

Any ideas?

Cannot acces VirtualHost SSL Page

Mittlerweile hab ich auch das Problem, er macht bei mir einen Redirect auf den internen Server-Name. Also für mich von aussen nicht möglich zu erreichen.

Is this normal, that the Zentyal Certificate is getting revoked, when the server get started?

No is not set to "force ssl", all is set to "allow ssl"

My config for the vhost looks like ...

Code: [Select]
<VirtualHost *:62080>
        ServerAdmin webmaster@intern.xxxxx.yyy

        ServerName intern.xxxxx.yyy:80
        DocumentRoot /srv/www/intern.xxxxx.yyy

        ErrorLog /var/log/apache2/intern.xxxxx.yyy-error.log
        CustomLog /var/log/apache2/intern.xxxxx.yyy-access.log combined

        # Custom configuration goes in this file
        IncludeOptional /etc/apache2/sites-available/user-ebox-intern.xxxxx.yyy/*
</VirtualHost>

#<IfModule mod_ssl.c>
<VirtualHost *:62443>
        ServerAdmin webmaster@intern.xxxxx.yyy

        ServerName intern.xxxxx.yyy:443
        DocumentRoot /srv/www/intern.xxxxx.yyy

        ErrorLog /var/log/apache2/intern.xxxxx.yyy-error.log
        CustomLog /var/log/apache2/intern.xxxxx.yyy-access.log combined

        # Custom configuration goes in this file
        IncludeOptional /etc/apache2/sites-available/user-ebox-intern.xxxxx.yyy/*
</VirtualHost>
#</IfModule>

<Directory /srv/www/intern.xxxxx.yyy>
      Options Indexes FollowSymLinks
      AllowOverride None
      Require all granted
</Directory>
