Hello there,

can somebody help me to config Mail retrieval from external accounts.

Have a look at the documentation at http://doc.zentyal.org/en/mail.html . Check the 'Mail retrieval from external accounts' section

yes i have read that. but i cannot put together how to create email for my company. i mean i have an external mail from a company. now i want to allow users to login zentyal by https://mydomain:8888 and access their email without outlook client.please help me to get started. i will appreciate all help

Hello,
 the 'external retrieval of mail' only fetches the mail and put it in the user's Zentyal mailboxes. The usercorner is not a webmail, if you want this install either the webmail module or the zarafa module.
