OK, I installed the latest version from the archive and created new OU, yet user from different OU can't login in SOGo!

Please try with zentyal-sogo 5.0.1, it should be fixed already. Thanks.

We haven't found any way to reproduce this behavior, mail logs are working for us in all our test scenarios. If anyone finds a way to reproduce it, please open a issue in tracker.zentyal.org with all the detailed steps to follow. Thanks!

Is version 5.0.2 already publicly available? Zentyal says 5.0.1 is up-to-date.

Yes, zentyal-mail 5.0.2 is publicly available since December 17

That was for zentyal 5.0, if you are using Zentyal 4.2 the file with the sogod_prefork variable is /etc/zentyal/openchange.conf

I hope zentyal-mail 5.0.2 has the definitve fix for the fetchmail problems. Thanks for your feedback and patience.

If upgrading from zentyal-mail 5.0.1 instead of doing fresh install, you will probably need to manually edit /etc/default/fetchmail and set START_DAEMON=no

Unfortunately mail 5.0.1 did not fix my situation concerning external accounts.  Should I completely remove the module then reinstall it?

Very strange, could you please check /var/log/zentyal/zentyal.log to see the error? It must be a different one this time... Thanks!

The error when enabling "retrieve mail for external accounts" is already fixed in zentyal-mail 5.0.1

There is nothing in /var/log/zentyal/errors.log

You need to search for ERROR in /var/log/zentyal/zentyal.log.

Anyway, if you have detailed steps to reproduce it, best thing you can do is open a ticket in the bug tracker (https://tracker.zentyal.org/projects/zentyal/issues/new)

Edit: Something got fixed!!!! I now see the proper gateway under network.  Before, nothing was populating the interface section.  Thats exciting.

So, you confirm that your issue is gone after upgrading to zentyal-network 5.0.1 or do you still have any other problem with the network?
