We have this system running for past several years with one server and 25 users.
We want to transfer to Zentyal Server. I can handle SAMBA migration. I'll need some help in migrating zarafa mailstore. What do I need to license? How much tech support do I need to transfer zarafa emails? Thanks for your help.

Installation and Upgrades / Email External retrieval service

Fetchmail upon retrieval is returning the following message to the sender:
: internal software error. Command output:
Unable to create tmp file: Permission denied Unable to convert input to
CRLF format Failed to resolve recipient x
It's possible that the user under who the external retrieval service/fetchmail is running doesn't have permission to create temp files.
I had similar issue with the mysql service for zarafa. I had to change user in my.cnf from mysql to root.
Please help.
