Title: Zentyal HA - Error in dhcp

Hi

I have this error in zentyal ha running version 4.0

ipha150 (ocf::heartbeat:IPaddr2):       Started srv01
dhcp    (ocf::zentyal:Zentyal): Started (unmanaged) FAILED [ srv01 srv02 ]

Failed actions:
    dhcp_stop_0 (node=srv01, call=78, rc=1, status=Timed Out, last-rc-change=Tue Sep 24 15:27:58 2019

): unknown error

I think that your Zentyal had some issue with the resource agent https://github.com/zentyal/zentyal/blob/master/contrib/ha/extra/ocf/Zentyal (https://github.com/zentyal/zentyal/blob/master/contrib/ha/extra/ocf/Zentyal)

Did you check your syslog file? DHCP uses it in order to log his operations.

The error message was throwed through the webadmin interface, isn't it? Did the system able to run the DHCP server after this error?
