Hi

did you setup an A and MX record in public DNS?
Anything in the Firewall and / or mail logs?

Regards

Thomas

Yes I did set up the A and MX records and the PTR reverse resolution is happening just fine. Nothing in the mail logs or firewall to say any mail came in

In fact I even did a test from the outside with an online mail server testing service and I did get a mail but nothing ever from  any external mail

many Mail Providers do a RDNS check... maybe this is the problem...

I would suggest you do a quick check with mxtoolbox, as they give very detailed info ;-)

Since my first ticket for Let's Encrypt support: https://github.com/zentyal/zentyal/issues/1836 (it has been closed by Zentyal Team).

I have created a second ticket for Let's Encrypt support which has been closed by Zentyal Team too.

I have created a third ticket for Let's Encrypt support, can you like, comment on it?
