Installation and Upgrades / OS X login failure with Zentyal 4.1 newest community updates
« on: May 11, 2015, 10:34:45 am »
Hej,
Since I have the newest updates from Zentyal and OS X 10.10.3 I can't login with Domian-Credentils on a Mac-System. Only with local accounts. Even when I login there comes a meassage up with there is no connection to the server an furthermore it is not possible to login. The connection to the Domain still exist and I can managed users in Prefrance Pane from Mac too.
But If I login with a local account wich also exists in the domain, I get a kerberos Ticket and can use shares or other services based on kerberos
Has anybody the same problems?
phiku

Hey,
I have the same problem. The bindings did not work for Zentyal 4.1 and owncloud 8. I already open the znetyal firewall for port 389. I entered the Base DN like cn=domain,cn=lan and the Root-DN like uid=Administrator,OU=Users,DC=domain,DC=lan
Server ip: 192.168.178.6 without and with ldaps/ldap - nothing happend. The BASE-DN isn't recognized by owncloud
ANy ideas?

Hallo

Installation and Upgrades / Re: Outlook 2010 not working with new virtual domain
« on: March 24, 2015, 09:48:30 am »
Hej,
I have nearly the same problem. I can't connect with Outlook 2011 to my Zentyal Openchange. My Mac had successfully joined the domain and I have a kerberos-tickt too.
I've done also the 4 steps successfully: DNS managed by Zentyal, Certificate exists, Autodiscover tested with nslookup and Outlook Anywhere SSL ins configured too.
Even when I would like to setup the Exchange-Account I get an error: Outlook can't connect to the server autodiscover.domain.lan. It seems that the server isn't reachable by outlook, but outlook ask me to allow the certificate! After allowing the certificate, the exchange server isn't still reachable and Outlook don't show the mails. And the Account is offline too.
Moreover I try to connect by IMAP too, but same behavior exists!
Only webmail works successfully
Any solutions?
Greetings phiku
