Hi,
In Zentyal 4, I can add multiple domain with same IP in DNS section. But after upgrading to Zentyal 6, when creating domain I'm not able to add IP previously assigned to another domain. I'm getting error like "This IP is already in exampledomain.com". Any fix for this problem. I can add that IP if I delete the domain entry and create the IP under the root domain.

Hmmm... I think that aliases can't fix this problem. An interface can have many ip addresses but zone names are linked to ip's not to interfaces.
I would try to configure manually a round robin DNS, but I think that you'll have to hardcode some of the A registers in the template. IMPORTANT Read this https://doc.zentyal.org/en/appendix-c.html#stubs (https://doc.zentyal.org/en/appendix-c.html#stubs)
Let me know how it results if you check it.
Cheers!
