Installation and Upgrades / Computers are can no longer login to PDC

What a horrible weekend. I run ebox on a law enforcement agency since the budget for equipment is low. It's been running fine, except for a month ago when I tried (and failed) to upgrade from 1.0 to 1.2 (before I was told Ebox didn't support this).
I ran into all kinds of problems yesterday and was messing with ebox for 14 hours and managed to remove all the users out of the system. I tried to import the .ldif file but it complained about hash passwords, and I emailed Ebox hoping to paid support but nobody answered me. So, I manually readded the users but now the computers won't connect and they pop and error about the computer account is missing from the primary domain controller.
How can I manually add these computers to ebox? I have the ldif file...can I simply run slapcat and manually add the computers from the ldif file and then import the ldif? I don't want to loose everything I did yesterday (readding 30 users sucks manually sucks).
I really wish someone from Ebox would be around to help, I would have gladly paid a stupid amount of money yesterday.

I'm _still_ struggling with ebox. I've ended up some how wiping the users out of the system so I'm trying to restore from a ebox-backup .tar file. I've ran the ebox-restore-backup which throws this:
The supplied user password is already hashed, you must supply an additional password list
I've tried to manually run import-from-ldif and I get the same error.
Nothing in the forums provides anything useful about this error, or how to fix it.

Today I noticed this in the error.log, which has shown up 139889 times:
Use of uninitialized value in length at (eval 1767) line 74.
Use of uninitialized value in length at (eval 1776) line 74.
Use of uninitialized value in length at (eval 1785) line 74.
Use of uninitialized value in length at (eval 1794) line 74.
Also when saving modules I get this:
Some modules reported error when saving changes . More information on the logs in /var/log/ebox/

I upgraded from what was in Hardy to the 1.2 PPA. Really, really bad things happened (the virtual email host was deleted and all accounts in /var/vmail/virtualhost were deleted, anti-virus was broken, etc..). I have most of these problems resolved now but this remains:

I upgraded to the latest Ubuntu packages for Hardy. openvpn wasn't working for me (the key was vulnerable so I renewed it but it still wouldn't start) so I restarted the server itself hoping to clear up any cache. When the server restarted I can no longer log into ebox:
An internal error has ocurred. This is most probably a bug, relevant information can be found in the logs.
ebox.log shows:

Installation and Upgrades / Limit roaming profiles folders to sync with?

We've noticed (long) delays with employees logging in using roaming profiles. Ebox is setup for a law enforcement agency and there's 12 computers for the employees to login into. So it's nice to have roaming profiles but the delay is getting annoying.
Is it possible to limit which folders are stored in the roaming profile? We really only need %APPDATA%, Desktop and their documents / pictures directory. Temporary files shouldn't be synced.

I rebooted a server today and the samba module would not start. I see this error:

We have a user that needs to forward his email to a PHP script (long story). Typically he uses a .forward for this but with eBox it's apparently not being read.
Any suggestions on how to get this done for this user?
Or how to create a system user that postfix can also receive email for?

Is there a way to use procmail settings per user with ebox? I like to throw my mail into about 20 different directories...but at the server level since I bounce around clients all the time.

We have two public IP addresses from our ISP. I want be able to specify which ports get forwarded to which )internal) IP addresses.

Can this be done from the ebox administrator?

We are setup using transparent proxying (I know...this causes issues with authentication)
Any suggestions for logging pages that users access? The boss wants this ability to see who did what and when. Obviously date / time and username (windows login name). I'm using samba as the only PDC so I have no Windows Active Directory server to authenicate against.
I'm not totally against installing identd...all users are NAT.

Installation and Upgrades / Users can not check email after password change

My users are authenticating for windows logins and courier IMAP (ebox-mail). When a user changes his password in windows he can no longer connect with IMAP with either the old or new password.
Any ideas?

Installation and Upgrades / LDAP authentication stops for user when he logs in locally

I've been having a problem when I ssh into the ebox server with my standard login I can no longer access my email with IMAP. I have to go into ebox, manually change the user password and then I'm set until I log back in with IMAP
There is / was a local user account with the same login name when I added the same username into Ebox. I don't know if that's the problem or not...but any suggestions would be helpful.

I know that I need to run gpedit.msc and User Configuration → Administrative Templates → System 'Exclude directories in roaming profile'.
However...even after making these changes on every computer the local settings folder is not roaming. I thought maybe the default policy that ebox uses may be preventing this?
