Hello,
Got some problems with zentyal email configuration. I have several users (user1, user2, user3) and appropriate group (test_group) for them with an email alias (group_alias@company.com) that works as intended. Now I need to add external email address (ext_user@gmail.com) to this group and couldn't find how to do this. Tried to use 'Virtual domains'-> 'External Aliases' adding group_alias@company.com -> ext_user@gmail.com but it complained with message:
An account or alias called group_alias@company.com already exists
As a workaround I added maildrop with external address directly to the LDAP schema and it worked like a charm but I lost it after server reconfiguration/restart.
Any ideas how to achieve this goal?
