Installation and Upgrades / Zentyal 3.4 SOGo/Outlook Issues

I have setup and successfully setup a Zentyal 3.4 server (full apt-get update/upgrade done).
I setup an Outlook client to connect to the server as an Exchange Server... working great (minor issue that you have to set auto-send/receive to a short period to see new mail quickly, or constantly do F9)... UNTIL outlook email stops working!
I try out the SOGo webmail access. Works great; loving the product.
Move back to Outlook. No Emails since I accessed the account via SOGo have synced over. Doing an <shift><F9> does nothing.
I can send email just fine; but can't receive it via Outlook. SOGo shows the emails fine.
20min later the Outlook Sync starts to work again.
Any ideas on why this delay happens?
Also does it have to do with the need to trigger a "Send/Receive" ?
