Email and Groupware / Webmail WAN Access

I am trying to expose the Webmail service to the designated WAN interface in Zentyal. I have opened HTTPS in the Packet Filter configuration (External to Zentyal). But it doesnt work this way.
Looking at a packet capture the TCP SYN is never answered.
Any ideas?
