Installation and Upgrades / WINDOWS 8.1 + office 2010 not possible ?

I have a zentyal configuration 4.1
I have 2 virtual machine
VM1 = Windows 8.1 pro + office 2010
VM2 = windows 7 pro + office 2010
Both VMx are connected and logged into domain through DHCP
on VM2 ( win 7), outlook 2010 is configured well with autodiscover. outlook isOK
on VM1 (win

an idea ?

There is limitation in documentation.
Your hostname can not match your NETBIOS name, the NETBIOS name is generated using the left part of the domain, for example, if your hostname is 'zentyal' your domain can not be 'zentyal.lan', but it could be 'zentyal-domain.lan'
Does it means domain name has always to be : netbios-domain.name ?
i want to create a domain: example.fr (and use it for email ) ex: toto@example.fr
Is that possible ?
or does i have to create domain like : something-example.fr ? and email toto@something-example ?
Objectif is to use for outlook exhange. If there is others limitations on domain name....

I have installed zentyal (DHCP/DNS/file sharing /groupware)
I am able to connec windows 7 to zentyal domain, connect outlook retrieve mail ( and sometime calendar)
My user have acces to H: and own user directory.
But i am not able to share addtionnal directories. Morever zentyal is not detected by windows explorer (network)
I would to be able to share directory like a NAS synology ==> possible or not ?
help plz.

French / configuration samba et partage de fichier

J'ai monté zentyal
j'arrive a connecter mon windows 7 au domain et meme faire du outlook.
Par contre je n'arrive pas à partager des répertoires ( hormis le H: du user loggé).
Le serveur zentyal n'est pas détecter par windows explorer. Je voudrais partager des fichiers comme sur un NAS synology par ex.
Help -

I have configured zentyal HTTP/DNS, domain .... and PC can connect to domain through zentyal.
I have create several directory shared under zentyal
but there are not detected under windows.
What i have to do ?

I want to install zentyal for a company. I need help for configuring zentyal and especially domain/netbios ...
Company = toto
They have already their own domain named: toto.fr
with severals existing mails adress. olivier@toto.fr ; ....
the domain is configured for redirection to a static IP: ex: 80.225.225.1
router is configured with DMZ to a static IP 192.168.0.25 used for the zentyal server.
now ....
when installing zentyal and my severals try i set:
Ethernet = 1 internal in DHCP
domain = zentyal-domain.lan
virtual domain = ...@toto.fr
... i can connect virtual computer, received/send mail but there are problem with autodiscover . Help

I have installed a fresh zentyal today ( openchange 4.0.5)
1 zentyal on virtual box
2 PC with windows 7 + office 2007
2 users named TEST1 and TEST2
Both users are connected on domain zentyal-domain.lan
mail adress are : TEST1@kissmaniac.fr & TEST2@kissmaniac.fr
PC are connected, incoming/outgoing mail is OK.
Problems:
1) No webmail access + No SOGo access
=> I like Sogo sharing calendar without outlook was ok.
2) I test to add a meeting between TEST1 + TEST2 but i can see calendar of other people to check free time => error => cannot extract data ...
=> Is this operational or not ?
=> It this planned to work a day ?
=> do you have a workaround ?

Is someone successed in synchronizing calendar with outlook between users ?
From outlook 2007, if make a meeting synchronization with others users dont work .
Is it implemented ?
