Installation and Upgrades / Zentyal Webmin is loading & all services are unable to start

I was wondering if anyone could advice on the following
1. restarting all services on Zentyal is not working meaning if i run sudo /etc/init.d/zentyal modulename restart there is no output
2. Zentyal Webmin is still loading but never loaded
