Directory and Authentication / standalone DC password encryption

I'm running Zentyal 5.0.10 and need to find out some info regarding this setup. How can I know if users' passwords are being encrypted. If they are, what is the mechanism used? If not encrypted, how can I encrypt (or hash) them and, again, what is/are the mechanism(s) used?

Other modules / Netbios share, sysvol, accessible

Is it necessary, for proper function, to have the sysvol share accessible to other devices on the network? If not, how can I go about making it inaccessible?

Used the Zentyal built-in Administrator user (after assigning it a password, couldn't login without doing so) but I still have the same message.

Despite being logged into a domain machine as a domain admin, when I try to raise the forest functional level the dialog box displays a message stating that I do not have sufficient privilege to do so. What am I missing here?

A pesar de haber ingresada a una PC del dominio como administrador de dominio, cuando intento elevar el "forest functional level", la interfaz me indica que no tengo suficiente privilegio para llevarlo a cabo. ¿Que me falta?

I have setup Zentyal 3.5 as a pdc and would like to know if a log of everyone that has logged in to the domain, time/date, and machine they used to log in is available centrally (on the zentyal machine).
