Title: WAN Failover

I'm having some problems with WAN failover not re-enabling a gateway after it comes back online. It shows in the event log as having connected again, but doesn't automatically re-enabled in the network/gateways tab.

I have also noticed that the logs are an hour ahead of time (not sure if this could be related)?

Running 2.2, I also had similar problem with failover mechanism not enabling again gateway while doing it manually worked.
However it looks like this problem vanished since couple of month.
