I had that same issue and I believe i found a fix. i had to go Mail>OpenChange>Edit and disable auto discover DNS record.

don't know why it worked but it did.

@sixstone hey man, honestly i didnt understand anything in the last sentence... im very new to zentyal. we're also running the community edition, if that makes any difference. anyway, here's my questions in response:

am i uploading the crash to the forums? i'm not sure how id do that using the zentyal UI
what form and where do i find it? is this a crash log type thing?

you can put your email to point out the tracker issue to follow the crash after getting the backtrace.

honestly i have no idea what any of that means. i'm sorry if i seem like an idiot or should know this stuff i just really need help.

we are using sogo activesync, every time an email is sent using my (or my bosses) phones, it makes it plain text and it won't allow me to change that setting on the phone itself. running version 4.1.5 with most recent updates installed.

my co-worker is having an issue where her outlook will just crash whenever she is composing an email. We're running version Zentyal version 4.1.5, and are using Openchange. We also have SoGo activesync running and webmail.
