Installation and Upgrades / unable to cut and paste folders

Hi Community,
We are new to the Zentyal world and would like to know more regarding a small issue we have.
We are running the latest version of Zentyal community edition.
We have multiple shared drives and we noticed users are unable to cut and paste folders from 1 drive to the other.
We keep getting messages saying the file is in use when its not open or the administrator has the file open
anyone with any suggestions?
