Hello peeps,
I'm trying to determine why I can't see any email in webmail. I'm doing some testing to see if zentyal will be a viable replacement to exchange.
So the test scenario:
I have setup a test user on zentyal and sent an email to our actual email server (thus sending myself an email) I receive it fine and when I reply to the email to see if the zentyal server is getting the email. I have a couple of logs that say the email was sent to and from with success and delivered to inbox. So I should be seeing email in the test user's inbox (via webmail), but I've refreshed and also changed the amount of time when it fetches the email and it still is showing up blank.
Does anyone have any idea why this is being caused and if they know a work around.
EDIT:
So to further give information. I have setup a domain name for the server "zent.test.lan" so in order to create a email account you have to setup a virtual domain which I called "zent.lan"
When I create a user (test) and try to email the user at test@zent.test.lan that's where when I look at the logs it shows the email was put into the mailbox, but no email shows up in the webmail gui.
When I use the virtual domain name test@zent.lan and try to send an email to that one it doesn't go through. I get a message back from exchange saying that the domain doesn't exist.
What am I doing wrong?

Hello Everyone,
I'm trying to install the latest version of the CE of Zentyal. (4.0 64 bit)
I am using vmware player to test this out and I've setup a VM and pointed the cd/dvd drive to the iso file. Nothing else has been loaded onto this vm. My assumption is that the iso comes with ubuntu OS. Is this right?
I don't understand fully what is going wrong with this install. I've tried googling the error, but I get little to no results.
I've attached a screenshot.

Installation and Upgrades / Zentyal 4.0 download not working

I've been trying to download the 4.0 version of the CE of zentyal server and the download shows that the file size is around 636 MB, but when I go to download it I'm only getting like 118MB. Is that the normal behavior? The other issue that I'm having is today specifically the webpage times out when trying to download the server iso. Is it down?

Is there any difference between this plugin and the openchange that uses the sogo? The reason I ask is that the calendar is a very important part of our society.

Hello Everyone,
I'm new to Zentyal and I'm setting up 3.5 for the very first time. I've been able to install the server and create a couple of test user account, but for some reason I haven't been able to login using their credentials for the webmail.
I could very well not have it configured or installed correctly, but I'm going to http://IPaddress/webmail and it immediately takes me to a login screen. So when I put in the username and password of my test user I keep getting password incorrect. Any ideas?
Installed on virtualbox for testing. Not configured to join existing domain. (created a test domain)
DNS is pointed to our DNS servers
