Installation and Upgrades / Joining Zentyal to Windows Domain

Hello Guys I want to join Zentyal 3 to Windows Domain, And i have done everything from File sharing but i have the error

"Failed to save changes in module samba: error joining to domain: error(Runtime): uncaught exception (8456, 'werr_ds_dra_source_disabled')"

What should i do to fix this?

Installation and Upgrades / Users cannot access with their AD Accounts

Deai have a Zentyal 2.2 server and I have ADsync with Windows Server 2008 R2 Domain, but users can't access emails or shared folders with thier AD user account but they can access emails and Shared folder with Zentyal local user accounts.

What did I miss to configure to do that?

I have 2 gateways and i have added them to Gateways but I can't enable one of them either if the other is enabled or not, i want to load balance between the 2 gateways but I can't unless i could enable both of the (I think).

And should each Gateway and the LAN IP be in separate subnet of each other? Can't all they be in the same subnet?

For example:
My PCs is in the range of 10.5.5.0/8 with interface IP 10.5.5.2/8
My 1st Router IP is 10.3.3.1/8 with interface IP 10.5.5.12/8
My 2nd Router IP is 10.5.5.1/8 with interface IP 10.5.5.13/8

It only work when I make the following configuration:
My PCs is in the range of 192.168.1.0/24 with interface IP 192.168.1.0/24
My 1st Router IP is 10.3.3.1/8 with interface IP 10.5.5.12/8 (Can't enable this one)
My 2nd Router IP is 10.5.5.1/8 with interface IP 10.5.5.13/8

Dear All,

I am testing the web filter role to block sites, I had blocked facebook.com but it seems that users are able to browse facebook through https://www.facebook.com, So my question is how to block HTTP & HTTPS as well together.

Installation and Upgrades / (Solved) AD Sync setting

Hello All,

This is the first post for me here, I am fresh to Zentyal and all Linux platform for that matter, I have Windows domain and i want to install a Zentyal as a file server, I have read in a few topics that I have to make AD Sync between Zentyal and my DC through "Zentyal Migration Tool", And I did but I can't find the domain users in Zentyal how can I know if my configuration is working?, And how to assign permission for a shared folder over Zentyal to Windows Domain User?
