Zentyal update failed, not boot.  please I need help.

Have you tried booting from an older kernel?

No, the problem was, I did not update the system 3 months ago.  When updating the operating system, when rebooting, I am left with kernel panic error.

Try to select an older (or even older) kernel version when loading. If you boot - check disk space - there may not be enough space for the new initramfs.

Can you see the grub splash screen? If you can't you'll have to use a Linux LiveCD in order to debug. Tell me if you need some more help.
