Other modules / Problems with FTP and Domain Users

Hello to everyone.
Im using Zentyal for first time and I'm having some problems with the users. I created a virtual mail domain and some users and it works perfectly well. But when I tried to login via ftp the Filezilla give me this message error:
I tried to remove the users and create them via terminal and then the FTP works perfectly but as this users are not created via Zentyal their cant use the mail server.
Can someone please help me with this? Thanks.
