SO far I have zero luck getting ebox unstable installed on 8.04 server. Everything seems to go fine until ebox starts confiuring itself then I see many of this error:
"my" variable $olddir masks earlier declaration in same scope at /usr/share/perl5/EBox/DNS/Model/AliasTable.pm line 85.

After that, when I log into ebox I get

So there's no where to go from there.

I think I must be answering the setup questions incorrectly.

Here's what I've been doing that DOESN'T work.

LDAP Adminster password:  < I put in a password
Configure ldap-auth-config: < I accept ldapi:///

ldap search base: < dc=mydomain,dc=com
ldap version: < 3
Make root Database Admin? < YES
Does LDAP database require login?  < NO
account when root changes password < cn=manager,dc=mydomain,dc=com
ldap password < I leave it blank

Ebox password : I put in a password
https port is plain old 443

postfix I select Internet site.

What have I done wrong???
