Hi,
My Dans guardian is able to block a user from accessing http://www.facebook.com. Some clever users on my network are able to bypass it by just typing https://www.facebook.com. How do I block this?
I don't want to block https as a whole but just the specific facebook site. My email is using https.

Hello,
I've just finished configuring my Zentyal server. When I try to access any page from host computer, I get the error message: ACCESS HAS BEEN DENIED. WARNING: COULD NOT PERFORM VIRUS SCAN. When I reboot the server, I notice that DANS Guardian is highlighted in red, meaning there is an error.
How do I solve this problem?

Please kindly assist. I get the error message below whenever I try to http://us.mg4.mail.yahoo.com/
Content Encoding Error. The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.
No other user on the network can access their yahoo email. We have tried Firefox, IE and google chrome to no avail. Could it be my proxy settings?

I get the above error message when I try to do a traceroute from ebox under Network Diagnostic Tools. I thought I was the superuser. How do I resolve this problem?

I notice that a client using firefox is able to bypass the proxy server by choosing "use system proxy settings" under network configuration settings. A client can disable the manual proxy server configurations and be able to browse without any limitations.
In ebox, I enabled "transparent proxy" to try and force the clients to use ebox. Ebox tells me "Transparent proxy option is not compatible with authorization policy." I think this is because my default policy which is "Authorize and filter."
How do I solve this problem? Thanks.

I'm able to send out emails to any email address internally and externally. Unfortunately, I cannot receive any emails from external domains. I'm using egroupware. Which configuration setting could I have missed?
