Hello, I am trying to migrate from an old Zentyal 4 installation to the latest Community edition 7.0.4.
It is not possible to restore the configuration because of different version, modules etc so I will setup everything from scratch but I would like to migrate users and user data.
I used the sogo-tool to backup the users but I can not restore them to the new installation. This is what I get for user it:
root@zentyaltest1:/tmp/users# sogo-tool restore -F ALL . it
<0x0x55870872b860[SOGoCache]> Cache cleanup interval set every 300.000000 seconds
<0x0x55870872b860[SOGoCache]> Using host(s) 'localhost' as server(s)
I am root user so no need for sudo. It seems to end without errors but inside zentyal console I see no difference in my user.
I did manage to transfer the emails of the user and the webmail is working but I have to setup the user from the beginning.
Any ideas?
Thank you in advance.

When you import that backup, did you check in the Sogo database if the values of the users are restored?
## To access to the Sogo database
mysql -u root -p$(cat /var/lib/zentyal/conf/zentyal-mysql.passwd) sogo
