Thanks for your feedback

Yes, they can do it through the user corner. You have to enable it before and give them the url.

Hi,
You have our old modified iptables version. Now we use default Ubuntu package, so you only need to downgrade it. Probably you installed it from and old ppa and it's still in your system, so check your sources.list file
Here is the version you need:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/lucid/iptables

Hi Saturn,
It seems there is something wrong with iptables, can you please post the result of this command in order to see your iptables version?

Hi strikegun,
This should not happen, I cannot understand the problem, redis config file is written on each redis start, so a simple /etc/init.d/ebox apache restart should fix this issue.
Can you make some test o give more info?

« on: September 18, 2010, 11:55:57 pm »
Hi Udo,
Yes, this pending operations are probably from your previous install. You can delete them, they are in users journal directory:
With this new version next time you remove an slave from the master pending operations will be removed too
Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it

Hi Udo
Actually yesterday we fixed some mayor synchronization problems for slaves. This is the changeset:
http://trac.ebox-platform.com/changeset/18848
This should fix your problems. We are going to release it soon but if you want to try it earlier you can create your own package

Hi Simon
Did you add the final '\' intentionally? That character is not supposed to be in sudoers file

Hi deepc,
I have tried this and it works for me, I cannot understand what happens to you because this bug is only related to migration from older version
Can you check the logs to see if something went wrong?

Hi deepc,
Are you talking about a fresh install, or it was an upgrade?
This bug only affected earlier versions upgrade
Best regards

Hi maxchock,
I think your problem is related with time between checks. You try 10 probes each time every 10 secons. Maybe checks are overlapping, producing your problems.
You can try to increment time between checks and tell us what happens
Thanks for your feedback!

Installation and Upgrades / Re: 1.5.13 update problem [SOLVED]
« on: August 29, 2010, 01:14:04 am »
Hi nRaecheR,
I'm sorry to hear that, anyway as I said it's a migration problem.
We already got rid of Gconf a time ago, now we use Redis as configuration backend.

Hi oljas!
That migration is supposed to run only if you are upgrading from a ebox version which uses gconf.
I will check for this problem, anyway you can do what Javier said, it will work

Hi iddqd,
It only fails restarting samba? Does the GUI works for you? Can you try to restart the ebox apache too?
