Installation and Upgrades / ntop startup problem

hi,
I have installed ntop from the debian repository and it works fine whin i start the service after install.
But it does not startup with the computer.
It gives an error of **FATAL_ERROR** pcap_open_live(): 'bind: Network is down'
I think it does start but when the ebox services startup after ntop it resets them and causes the error in ntop.
It works just fine when u run it after it has fully started.
Any ideas on for to get it to run at startup?

Installation and Upgrades / Change Certificate Manager generated certificates information

To Country, Locality and State information on certificates generated by the Certificate Manager.
Edit the DN.pm file in /usr/share/perl5/EBox/CA/
Edit the info in ""
use constant COUNTRY_DEF => "ES";
use constant LOCALITY_DEF => "Nowhere";
use constant STATE_DEF => "Nation";
restart required to pick up changes.
