Title: [SOLVED]Zentyal 3.5 as file server

Good Day,

hello guys, im new to linux and zentyal, i want to use zentyal as a file server and i need to connect it to my main domain server can someone tell me what module and how to configure those module that im going to need. i really need your help hoping for your kind consideration

To add Zentyal to an existing Windows AD:

To configure Zentyal as a fileserver:

 The second link is for 3.4 but both 3.4 and 3.5 use Samba4 as a fileserver.

Dear Mr robb & mr zei,
after i configure the zentyal as ABDC and try to save, i got this error! and the user and groups module has been disabled. please see the attached files for your reference. please help

As you see in the error, the local domain of the Zentyal server must match with the AD domain. You can change the local domain of your Zentyal server under System > General configuration:
