Title: VM boot up crashes Zentyal

I have 2 VMs loaded on my Zentyal server. They both worked great for the longest time. One of them has FDE, so when Zentyal reboots the VM auto starts but waits for me to unlock the disk. About a month ago, whenever I unlock the VM and boot up it all the way it crashes the server and causes it to reboot. I don't think it's the VM itself, but I have no idea how to find what the problem is. Can someone please help me troubleshoot this?
