Spanish / consejos para implementación de red casera?

No tengo muchos conocimientos de redes, asi que habrá probablemente varios errores en mis apreciaciones. Por ejemplo, creo que en el texto confundo subredes conVLANs, etc...Voy buscando consejo para crear en casa una estructuta similar a la del dibujo que adjunto:
Esto es, basicamente un router conectado a internet. A ese primer router conecta un PC con Zentyal (que debe hacer funciones de cortafuegos, enrutador, controlador de dominio de un dominio casero donde habrá otros controladores de dominio windows,servidor de archivos,FTP etc...). A este PC con zentyal conecta otro router, que es al que conectan casi todos los PCs de casa por cable y TODOS por wifi. Por el camino debo intentar tambien crear 3 o 4 subredes: una aislada de las demas y con salida a internet, otra igual pero sin salida a internet y otras dos con salida a internet pero sin necesidad de aislarlas de las demas.
Toda la estructura anterior está obviamente sujeta a todas las modificaciones aconsejadas. Probablemente yo haya mencionado cosas que no pueda hacer, o que no deba hacer etc...esto es sólo para tener una idea, no tengo inconveniente en cambiar lo que hiciese falta.
Para este tinglado cuento con dos routers de telefónica:
-Zyxel P 660 HW - B1A : un falso zyxel que lleva en el interior un comtrend
-Xavi 7868r: este Xavi es el que debe dar wifi a la casa
-Zentyal irá instalado en un viejo Pentium 4 con 2gb de RAM y 2 o 3 NICs, segun precise. (si necesitase un hardware más potente, podría dedicarle un core2duo o un core2quad con 4gb de RAM, pero no creo que sea necesario)
-El ESXi ya está instalado y funcionando en un core i7. Ese tema lo tengo resuelto, sólo necesito integrarlo en la red junto con las máquinas virtuales.
Soy estudiante de primer curso de administración de sistemas, pero como ya digo arriba, no tengo aun muchos conocimientos de redes (en gran parte todo esto es también para ir tomando contacto). Si he trasteado antes con zentyal, aunque tampoco nada serio.
En varios hilos de este mismo foro he encontrado planteamientos algo similares, pero que no he podido usar de guia. Si alguien pudiese indicarme algun tutorial o similar por donde ir empezando, le estaría muy agradecido.

una cosa..
a mi me ha pasado igual que tooodos vosotros con windows XP..
..en cambio no he tenido problema alguno para añadir varios windows 8 a un controlador de dominio zentyal, y ahí estan funcionando perfectamente..
..quiero probar mañana con algun windows 7, a ver que pasa..pero de momento mis dos conclusiones son las siguientes:
- con windows XP no hay forma
- con windows 8 va de lujo (obviamente si lo tienes todo correctamente configurado)
Estoy en zentyal 3.0.10 - 32 bits...y los clientes han sido 3 windows 8 pro distintos (2 de ellos virtuales y uno nativo), y la forma de unirme al dominio la "típica" que se usa en windows 7 y tambien en windows 8.(haciendo lo correspondiente en XP repito, NO FURULA)

Spanish / preguntas sobre el módulo de thin clients

buenas..
Llevo ya algunos meses usando zentyal como sistema "base" a la hora de implementar servicios para los ejercicios que me mandan en un modulo de FP que estoy haciendo (de Tecnico en Admon Sistemas) y la verdad que no puedo mas que agradecer a los desarrolladores y a la comunidad la impagable labor que estais haciendo para muchos de nosotros (como puede ser mi caso). Hay otras distros que hacen más o menos la misma labor que zentyal (como puedan ser ClearOS, UCD...) pero en mi opinión, ninguna alcanza los standares de calidad (en el software, en los modulos de elaboracion propia,en la documentación etc...) que tiene actualmente zentyal.
Y dicho lo anterior voy a la cuestión que me ocupa:
Llevo algun tiempo tratando de poner en funcionamiento correctamente el modulo de clientes ligeros. Actualmente tengo una imagen ya creada que me gustaría deshechar, pero no encuentro ninguna opcion en la GUI para ello..¿como borro una imagen de un cliente ligero para reemplazarla por otra?
Y tras borrar la imagen actual y crear una nueva, me gustaría poder acceder a ella desde fuera de mi red casera, cosa que aun no he conseguido
. Acceder a la imagen que tengo desde mi LAN no es problema...pero desde internet ya es otra historia.
Si alguno pudiese apuntarme en la dirección correcta en alguna de estas cuestiones le estaría muy agradecido

I just want to ask if it is "safe" to erase the thinclient image to build a new one..
I've got a new zentyal deployment, and after building the thinclient image I've added some new apps that I'm gonna need in the thinclients (no fat clients) and now I don't know how to add those apps to the thinclient image, so I've thought the only solution is to build a new one, but I dont see any gui option for that, so...
..should I use the command line to erase my image? will I have any problem later to build a new one with zentyal gui?

I didn't know x2go, it seems a very interesting project, I'm going to take a look at it
I mentioned rVNC server because I'm looking for a "minimal impact" of the chosen app in my zentyal installation, I've used rVNC before and it's very light an easy to configure, but I'm open to any suggestion
The remote connection is not going to be used very often, so I think it's not worth it to spend more time than necessary installing and configuring something I'm not going to use frequently, that's why I prefer something light and easy to configure.

hello
perhaps my question might seem a bit silly, but the truth is that I need to show in classroom the desktop of my zentyal server at home (not only the web admin interface)
I've got my zentyal home server configured with zentyal cloud dynamic DNS service..
I was wondering if I install real VNC 5.03 server (or a similar app) in zentyal 3.05, will I be able to see/reach my zentyal server's desktop from outside my LAN? (my server should be running at home, and I need to conect from school and be able to see the whole ubuntu/openbox desktop beneath zentyal.

I've just made it at home. I'm pretty newbie with this kind of things: I'm using zentyal for school (I'm studying to become a server administator/network technician) and I'd like to know if its possible to run my thinclients from outside my home LAN

that's what I needed, thanks for your help, I'm gonna test it right now, I could swear I have tried before screen-capture as you said, but probably I just hitted once scl in my crappy keyboard, it didnt worked and I thought it was not installed by default.
EDIT: The truth is screen-capture is not installed by default because (again) we are in an ubuntu environment, but not in a gnome or unity environment, so hitting ctrl+print screen or scrl doesn't work, but...
there is another more primitive tool, xwd/xwud , X window capture, which does more or less the same work

The thinh is I know I can make screenshots from any other PC whre I'm logged in zentyal, but just for the browser (because that's the only thing you see when you log in from a client PC using a web brower)
But from inside zentyal, how can I make screenshots of the whole desktop?
remember zentyal is using openbox I think (It's an ubuntu derivative, NOT A GNOME OR UNITY DERIVATIVE) if I install shutter I will need to install hundreds of dependencies just for a screenshot app...is there any other with less requisites?

hello
I know it's a silly question, but I can't find any app to make screenshots of the desktops and the admin interface (I need them for school)
So probably zentyal doesn't include by default any app to make screenshots..can anybody give me any advice about this topic? I mean, I need a simple app to make screenshots and I would prefer a light app with only a few dependencies (I don't want any trouble with libraries or zentyal modules)..the less dependencies the better..
My other question is related to VCN:
Can I install real VCN server and use without interfering with other zentyal modules ?
