Directory and Authentication / Custom password policy zentyal 4.2.2

I have set everything according to documentation still the custom password policy doesnt work.
It let me use simple passwords and doesn't check the password with the script.
I want some creepy custom policy to be worked on my zentyal server .
So that users will use some strong passwords.

After upgrading from zentyal 4.1 to 4.2
there is no network connection.
no client machine can ping zentyal .
but zentyal can ping client machine.
there is no network connection.
